We want you to be confident in JobProfit. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the first payment for a new subscription.
How to request a refund
Refunds for JobProfit are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Open the order and follow the instructions to contact Paddle's billing support.
- You can also reach out to our in-app support and we'll help coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
What's covered
- The first monthly payment for a new subscription, when requested within 30 days.
- Payments charged due to a clear billing error.
- Other situations described in Paddle's Refund Policy.
Cancelling future renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of the app or from paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
